Announcement For All Thomas Cook Guests

I have to inform all Thomas Cook guests that from this season it is almost impossible to fulfill any apartment requests (pool view, upper floor etc.) As many guests that have stayed with us in the past know, we only have 17 apartments. From that number only 6 are on the pool side (but Thomas Cook gets 4 of them). As you can understand most of the time it was very hard for me to fulfill specific requests. And the people that have been acquainted with me, know that i try my best to fulfill any requests, but sadly i am not a magician.
From this summer, my work its even harder, because Thomas Cook now have 3 more days of arrivals in a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday). I only came to know that fact at the end of April that got started to do the rooming lists. As a result of this change its almost impossible for me to fulfill any guest requests (especially the ones about pool view apartment).
I know some people (both new and repeated guests) might be a little dissapointed about that ( i know that i am) but there is nothing more i can do about it. The apartment a person will get will be more due to luck from now on (unless Thomas Cook change the arrivals system in the future).
I just wanted to inform you about all this, to make you understand how things are. I try to satisfy all the guests as well as i can, but some things are out of my power.
